Nestled in the West End, Nicola Apartments is a beautifully restored heritage building, originally built in 1903.

Blending classic charm with contemporary flair, the residences feature modern design, European cabinetry, and custom furniture, offering a fully furnished, upscale living experience in a historic parkside setting.

We proudly share the prominent corner with the beautiful Barclay Heritage Park which includes historic Barclay Manor and the Roedde House Museum.

    The West End is the perfect gateway to Stanley Park. From the Vancouver Aquarium and Second Beach Pool to the scenic 9 km Seawall, outdoor adventures abound. Nicola Apartments are also a short walk from famous Robson Street, perfect for shopping, cafe hoping or indulging in International cuisine as well as the Downtown business district.
